arts fusion today! si tQ make me emo after commenting on last year's arts fusion photo with everyone. hope we will get to take photos tgt again this year :) suddenly can feel the changes in everyone in this one year, even guanjie (: we've all matured. & i still cant imagine houmun doing art!
ytd i really had a fun time talking to the same old ppl~ wooo~ im missing out alot of things man. but glad that i caught up with them ytd. then in dance studio also. realise i really missed dancing with the same people. the warm up, college day, black & gold, mario, animaniax, mJ, so many many memories in this short 2 years.. after today, dont know when will be the next time i gather with them again.. so sian.
more dance activities pls~~~

Came back from msia! super fun and tiring~ first thing we did when we arrived msia was organise and rehearse for ah gong's 70th birthday until 1am~ almost died (cos of the hot weather). the girls danced to 'i my me mine', 'hoot' and 'abracadabra' while the guys danced 'heartbeat', 'i'll be back' and 'mystery'. the 12 of us danced 'lucifer' tgt to fire up the start of the dance. haha although it's mostly old people there at the restaurant, they really know how to appreciate our dance. woohoo! the skit was a success cos there were some inside jokes and the relatives all understood. our parents and grandparents must have felt so proud of us from all the praises that they got that afternoon. & they went home to tell their own children and grandchildren about the fun celebration that they attended. OMG i love my cousins. TOTALLY ROCK! they were so curious about why we were wearing the same shirts too. :D

My uncle was saying he was the manager for the 12 of us and say can get through him if my relatives want us to perform on their birthday. and true enough that night we went to another birthday celebration (it was a bbq) so fun! the birthday boy, who was a good friend of my uncle, waited for us to cut the cake while his own son was no where to be seen. Probably his first time celebrating his birthday cos while we were singing the birthday song halfway, he blew off the candle. we all laughed like crazy. then the candle was lit again. this time he waited for us to finish singing the song before he blew off the candle. then better still, he cut the cake and ate the first piece himself. then my uncle shouted,'eh! u should cut for us first' and he's like 'i thought birthday boy eat first?' omg his actions were epic!

Also we were so fascinated by a praying mantis and this random guy came and ask us why we so scared of it and he played with it. the praying mantis crawled onto his hand and onto his shoulder and was exploring his back. EEK! then he ask for help to get the praying mantis off his back. seriously who dare to do so after seeing what happened to him. haha so we just stood around him and took video. he managed to get it off himself. haha!

so fun lo msia~ get away from work and BTT. LOL feel like just going to msia to stay for a week some day (: i miss the food too !

I'm so so so so so happy!
received the acceptance letter from NTU ADM! :D

Told cyndi about the good news cos it was just before i go to the tuition centre and she announced to the student care kids that i will be treating hotdogs xD haha alright!

ANW~ alot of things happened like celebrating jon's birthday (everyone came:) , went to sing k with louis, shixuan, houmun & jon, class outing with 4e7, went Van gogh exhibition with ch, shopping with sam, celebrated ch bday @ jurong bird park.
And the rest of the time was spent in tuition centre with the kids :)

When's the last time the yj clique gathered with everyone around lol? Anw, it was fun with them and yuding's doggy. missed the old times.

hmmm i wonder why louis and shixuan are cousins haha. funny things happened when we were singing. i love it when they sang ding dang's song. That image is so funny!

OMG i love my class (almost all of them). when we played captain's ball it reminded me of the examination period where we exercise to relieve stress from o level. why eshawn nv come >.<
after that cycled around ECP took photos and finally ate at BK. jingkai is as irritating as ever! but he had become more mature, looking after people and helping out when we cycled :) Other then him, i think the rest are still the same. ohya mariah lose weight! hais i miss everyone so much. our class will be so incomplete without any of them. (erm maybe i can do without one or two of them-sam & philina should know what i meant)

Van gogh exhibition was alil disappointment (but the experience is new) cos the works displayed are not as much as i thought. they should have combined it with other artists to make the trip more fulfilling. and thanks to philina! i realised that the dali exhibition is coming soon! overlapping with van gogh's = 2 artists for $30 LOL! tsk!!!!! i shall wait for philina's comment before i go to the dali's one. A funny thing that we realised at the VG exhibition was that there were lots of couples! & it seems like the girls were concentrating on the art pieces, admiring the strokes while the guys just passed by most of the works and stop at those that are visually attractive.
Luckily there was the shipwreck exhibition also. so we went in. & there's this boardgame and dice for us to play. Most people didnt play with it (probably cos they were old people). As expected, I WON! haha.

MEETING THE DWARFS SOON!

then~ went jurong bird park to celebrate ch's birthday(belated). the shows were better than the last time i went. and there was this lost macaw flying into the audience to a bench behind us! it's so beautiful! the colours are so bright! just like the macaw in my fable castle's colour pencil box. haha never seen one so upclose and so beautiful before. walked around looking at birds. saw some familiar ones that looked like those in my tap zoo and in RIO (one of the best animated movie ive ever watched). the best part was at the lory loft! ch bought the bird's food to feed the parakeets. they will like fly to the branches and slide to the tip of the branches and licked the food in the cup we were holding. then we tried to pull the food closer so that it will come closer but it grab onto the cup with its beak haha clever bird. After that went jurong point shopped formother's day present and home we went. dam tired. made sushi for ch and brought it there for lunch and luckily no stomachaches (: THANKS JON FOR THE RECIPE. haven let him try yet *guilty* supposedly meeting them ytd but cos dad drove ch book in and after that chatted with dad so no time meet them.

p.s. so excited! cos going msia on friday to celebrate ah gong's birthday! can meet up with my dear cousins. the cousins' tees were made and very nice! we were planning to wear it on ah gong birthday omg so cool! where can u find grandchildren wearing the same shirts for they ah gong's birthday? :D

went shopping with huimin on monday! mum give me $150 to shop woohoo~ updated each other about our lives and shopped for like 5 hours at jurong point (: spent $112 ~ but including the fun we had tgt ~ there's this super nice aunty who thanked us for buying her last two pieces of clothes and give us free necklaces and many many discounts. thought we should be the ones feeling grateful to her xD hees~ and there's this argh girl at this fashion who attitude anyone who came to the fitting room.. attituded her back haha. It's really different shopping with a girl and a guy. firstly, u can gossip almost every shops u go to. secondly, when shop owners saw u with a guy they wouldnt give u discount cos it will be the guy paying anw~ ( i also will feel more paiseh to ask for discount). On the contrary, if two girls shop tgt, the shop owners will come to u and 'xiao mei mei (s) ! come ! i give u discount if u buy...' girls, u should go and try but at the risk of spending ur money. shall meet up more often to shop maybe next time with jessie, cheryl and shuyan when shuyan comes back from china :D ps: some friendships are so hard to maintain, while some, they will always be there for u and we still feel as close as ever when we meet up, although less often than others. friday got another dance practice *excited* SALSA SALSA SALSA! wonder if shermaine sng will be here ^^ cant make it on saturday practice! :( cos ch pop :D hope i wouldnt miss out much cos it's really difficult to catchup (for me) ohoh! shall go and try these soon.. 1) japanese curry restaurant @ tpy that siang wei intro 2) the big big pizza @ universal studio saturday going visit mdm lim~ and 16th got 4e7 class outinG! wooo!

alot nice songs are coming up (: yay! going for dance tml again. abit nervous~ my body is getting stiffer (tho it's already dam stiff) anw, EXCITED! miss hanging out with clique~ wonder how did their syf go~ ch going POP around 7 more days (: noisy tuition class today, like super noisy.. I totally gave up and just wrote the answer on the board for them to copy and sat at a student's seat to wait for them to settle down. cant bear to scold them cos they're too cute xD !

During this long break after A level, i think i've experienced the most things. Learnt almost as much things as what I had been through for the past 19 years of my life.
Going overseas without parents, finding jobs by myself, making new friends & seeing different types of people, facing my greatest downfall in studies, standing back up while making big decisions for myself. phew~ I've grown up!
haha seriously.

dec- went korea and took care of my own stuff, planning and tidying. These things are no longer done by mum!
jan- found two jobs, tuition centre on weekdays and taught art at esplanade on saturdays. Earned my first salary!
feb- same jobs, max enjoyment with family and relatives, most precious part of my memories now. At the same time ch departed for his army. Was really hard at first but this feeling began to mature into understanding.
mar- Quit job at esplanade and received call from northland sec for relief teaching.
TOTALLY NEW EXPERIENCE. Everyday is so happening. Before you step into a class, u never know what awaits u inside, and how a relationship developed between me and each student is different and this short-lived relationship ends once u step out of the school. Lost my voice on the very first day.. note: no use getting angry cos after leaving the class, when they start shouting 'miss tang ! miss tang !' and wave vigorously to you, you will 'fall in love' with them again. cant believe that i will actually miss them after two weeks. i had students scaring me and then laugh at me when they succeeded, students blocking my way on purpose when i was in a hurry, students surrounding me to chat and gossip, students embarrassing me, students escorting me to the staffroom, students scolding their classmates for making me angry, etc. Really appreciated the experience they gave me in school, be it good or bad, i learnt alot from them ! may or may not be the last time i'm teaching them, but still, i'm really glad i came for the past 2 weeks! haha.
Then it was A level results! like shaggggggg~ but no use staring at the cert which cannot be undo. so have to find ways through it. was enlightened here and there by friends, family and even students or random passerby (sorry i eavesdropped). After that i may just burn my A level cert. JUST KIDDING~ oh well~ PORTFOLIO HERE I COME!
will be a busy month for me until 1 April!

Many things happened since the last time i blogged~
So it's like the snowball effect xD more and more things happen until im so lazy to write in my blog.
and here's the summary of what happened...

spending time with ch before new year,
go msia for chinese new year (super many things happen there!),
my birthday,

About ch
spent time to the fullest with ch before he went to the army. One of the days, he cycled me to semb ssc to eat and all before he cycled me back to yishun. butt pain ! next time should put cushion on my bicycle lo! then as usual, he sent me to work and sent me home, went to my house slack awhile before going home. miss playing dai di with him :(
On my birthday, he came to my house with flowers (urgh i spoilt my own surprise) and my pressie! the flowers were to make up for the valentine day that we will miss. ohya today is valentine.. HAPPY VALENTINE!! the flowers are still alive!i water them everyday to prevent them from withering ^^ thought i wouldnt cry but i still did in the end. like so random my tears just flow out? made me cry more when i realised he quietly cry with me while comforting me.
it was when he was dancing to his cheorography for me. make me think of alot of things. beginning when we first knew each other, i asked u to dance for me at the void deck. My admiration for u starts then. Then both of us went to yjc dance, dancing for college day brought us closer. The passion we have for dance with a group of friends had increase common topic between us. I really like to see u dance cos i feel as though u are dancing through our memories as u incorporated the steps i've once seen into a new routine.
After that went to Orchard to spam neoprint then to singapore flyer. after that went with him to cut botak. END UP .... LOOK LIKE EGG! haha very nice to touch his head. wanted to watch movie but in the end both of us got motion sickness haha. so went home rest (:

next day ate breakfast tgt then went to his house to get his things and set off with his papa and gupo. took a taxi. i had cried the day before so my tears were suppose to run out. BUT THANKS TO MY DAD! ... He called me while i was in the taxi and said, ''Chia xing, today cant cry ah, let him go without worries. so must send him off smiling.'' wah after that i cried like siao~~~~ then was sitting beside his gupo so turned towards ch LOL! then his gupo laughed. when i knew i was discovered then i took out a tissue to wipe my tears... must have look so stupid~

first two days without him were horrible! go where do what also think of him then emo then cry.. but after seeing some of his msg that he sent, i guess i have to be stronger after being so overly dependent on him for 16+ months LOL. So here i m now, counting down..8 more days :D
sorry if i infect some of my emo-ness on anyone. that's why had been keeping out of FB wall the past few days.

&&one more thing to say, TQ really kept his hair with him till the very last min ._. HAHA

About CNY
this is probably the best CNY ever! the cousins on my mama side were damn united this year. Like super glue! keep hanging out together. reminds me of what happen when we were young. running around the house playing(smeeeee),only that the place like less spacious cos we've all grown so big.. OK FINE maybe not me, prolly people like eng hao making the place look smaller. haha. then every night we will play some games before we 'disperse'.

there was once when dad was busy finding laterns with sis and neglected that i wanted to eat kaya balls! then my god ma and god pa ( my ah yi and yi zhang) heard about it & drove off in their motorcycle to buy for me. i told them i dont want le but they insisted and went off to buy while i was bathing. when they came back, my god pa's leg was alil injured, saying that they met with a small accident on their way home from buying the kaya balls. *GUILTY* really so very happy that i dont know how to express myself.. *CRYS* THANK U!

oh!!! ALMOST FORGET CNY EVE!
that was one of the best days in msia. haha we had our reunion dinner, having 12 children (from 10 to 20 years old) squeezing at the puny table to eat while the 11 adults have a big table to themselves. BIGGER TABLE NEXT YEAR PLS! then in the evening we managed to persuade the adults to let us set up a bbq pit at the front yard. MY COOL AH GONG SET UP THE FIRE WITHOUT FIRE STARTER! *thumbs up* the girls went to buy ingredients while the guys set up the pit. BBQ and chatted alil and KS ppl's food LOL. while waiting for the clock to strike 12 to mark the start of CNY, 12 of us + dad ended up having camp fire which dad suggested. wei liang was the guitarist, eng hao was in charge of making noise with the pail and the rest of us were vocals xD
sang songs like 情非得意，稻香 and ah niu's song (forget the name) haha.
it was obvious when the it's 12 cos there will be fireworks NSEW!
ok then next few days wore new clothes ^^ photos all on FB~

shall skip to the third day of cny when they celebrated my birthday in advance. I didnt know LOL. it was really surprising! A shock of my life?
At first on that day i was quite sad cos dad brought sis and sokyee out saying to find lanterns (kong ming deng) but didnt ask me tag along leh! luckily mum knew what i was thinking and comforted me. then i at home played asshole dai di for like 3 hours....was really too bored to so asked one of the older cousin to experiment with the crackers we were supposed to play at night. then dad, sis and sy return and said i didnt wait for them.. hello~ i was bored to tears cos u all nv bring me go out , i thought. then they bought alot of balloons saying they were replacements of the lanterns.

was really kinda angry then, when they asked me to come to the living room where i saw a cake with my name on it and the cake was the shape of my age. 'last birthday starting with 1- reminded by kuan wai'
was touched to tears cos a second ago i was still so angry, suddenly presenting a cake in front of me really was unexpected. also thought of times when i was young. Leading my cousins to wreck havoc at my grandparents house, also plucking their poor plant's leaves for role playing.
As my chinese birthday lies on the 5th day of new year so there were a few times when they celebrated for me when i was in primary school or even younger. MISS THOSE DAYS!
Really greatful to every single one of them + hui yin who wasnt there. really hope that she could join us. and most of all my family who went through all the trouble for the cake. dad and sis were even thoughtful enough to buy candles which cant be blown off easily. && cos i suggested all the kids to blow with me, so i guess the cake must be filled with our saliva LOL! omg i love them so much.
wish they will still stay with me in my next life!
then as for the balloons, two of us shared one balloon to write our wishes and blessings for our family and ourselves and video-ed the process of letting the balloons fly into the night sky. it was really great seeing the balloons sail towards the moon.

on the day we were leaving msia, i broke my own rule and gambled~ begginner's luck they say? haha i think they regret asking me to play cos i won $45 hoho! erm did i say it's ringgit? LOL!
then dad suggested a new game which i've never seen people using it to gamble.. haha throwing coins! it's like those fun fair, u put one dollar for one try. then see who's coin is thrown closest to the line haha. sok yee and hui qin won big time! with dad around, the fun never stops.

ohoh! and there's once sth dam cool happen. ah yi and yi zhang drove me, sis, eng hao, eng jian,
the 'xiang-en-cong' brothers, sok yee, hui qin, wei jun to their new house to bai nian then when we were on our way back, we stopped at the traffic light at a random junction waiting to go. then we saw the adults who didnt come with us,alighting at a food stall to have their dinner. we waved vigorously at them. to our surprise x 2 , wei liang and hui yin who were returning home from work also met us coincidentally at the junction and went to join them at the food stall!
&& surprise x 3 was, dad, who had just ended his game of mahjong passed by the food stall too and stop to join them. in that short interval of waiting for the green light, all these happen!
SO COOL AND FATED! everyone coincidentally met at the junction!

hehe that's all!
there maybe down and depressing moments in my life but i believe memories of these happy incidents will overcome those sad times. I wanna live longer cos i want these memories to stay with me longer especially memories of this life time! so im beginning to eat my medicine everyday, not to let down those people who care for me and whom i care!

i think it's the most number of dancers who came out of the other outings. altogether there's like 4 generations of yjc dancers and mdm ang, ms wong, and dapheny who attended. YAY! had a fantastic time with the dancers :D was with yanni, xishi and grace most of the time.

met at toapayoh mrt with some of them first then marcus fetch us. setting up the pit was fun! but since it's a small pit, we let the guys do it xD played with cards after we eat a lil. marcus taught us poker using forks and spoons as our 'money' haha retarded ! after that mdm ang call us help the guys barbeque. i love spreading the butter onto the foooood~ hehes.

most memorable part of the day: we went to one of the (2 layers of depth) pool to 'massage' our legs, and grace fall into the deeper part of the pool. the epic part was that me and xs were so shock that we reacted as if she will disappear if we didnt save her haha!

when some dancers went home and there's still so much food left, dapheny suggested a game : 粉底，眼睫毛，眼影，唇膏，头发，胸罩 with actions. losers will have to choose a food and eat. FUN! after that when shermaine sng finally came, we went to the pool again to chat but end up splashing water at one another.

while spending time with the dancers, i've forgotten the tiredness in the afternoon. really hope we can meet up more often.

One of the best things i've gotten from yjc = friends and fun people like them :D *hearts*

this is going to be the beginning of my new life after going for holidays and when others have started school!

i've went to recruit express (still haven found job for me), newspaper hunting (met rude people), and went online searching!
finally i found a super flexible job as a tuition teacher. I'm supposed to teach Primary 5 and 6 Maths, Seconday 2 Science and English and finally Secondary 4 Emaths and English LOL! i only applied for art at first.
i told the person that pri 6 who will be taking psle and sec 4 taking the o level should not be taught by an inexperience teacher like me but they insisted and even persuaded me to continue when i go uni. woah~

friday i will be going down to esplanade for an interview for art instructor for kids from age 3-12 years old. haha. so i will be experiencing and comparing children from probably 3 - 16. COOL!
and what if my appliaction for yjc art teacher succeed? the range will increase to 3-18. HAHA!
i think im thinking too much haha (tho it's fun to imagine sometimes)

put aside the fun part of being tutor/instructor/teacher, it really hold alot of responsibilities in these jobs~ i guess i have to revise all the works i've done throughout my life! omgosh. to make things worse, there's the new syllabus..

Despite that, im really excited to interact with them! (:

i guess i will have to go to the popular to see what are they learning now and borrow teaxtbooks from my cousins ! haha

went to school today, priority : see sis perform malay dance HEHE
she dam suay cos guanjie was sitting in the first row laughing at her! haha just like how he did when i was dancing on stage in arts fusion! LOL!
2nd priority: play bball, see kyung perform and visit the dance people + studio

almost everyone i saw in school laugh at me and then say i look like ah lian! NOOO!!

&& i guess some people never change although things around them did ~

11/01/11 (OUR 16th MONTH )

it's the last celebration before u go into the army~ so i promised u that i will plan it well and i hope i did :D
me, mum and sis spent the whole day going to suntec and tampines to get your present yo! it was a super tiring day for us. bought an ipod shuffle for u so that u can use it when u go jogging, gym and when u go on 9 feb 2011. really happy to see u transfering songs into it right after i give it to u and saw u using it today !
i also went to decorate a cake at icing room @ tampines 1 with mum and sis for our month! personalised cake and it tastes nice too!
also gave u a fully-made-by-cx bear + pouch for the ipod. sorry u cant use it cos it's too vulnerable if u bring it everywhere with u haha i spent two nights making it! it's the first time i sew. even my mum was surprised when she saw it.

after giving u the present and eating the cake we set off to East coast to cycle. there's like only the two of us cos it's drizzling. thank goodness the weather was considerably good. then we picnic for a while and continue cycling. then we played frisbee like for 1 minute ~ and chat and took photos of u/us (: i will take as much while u are still here! then ate with mama @ food village cos she came to drive us back to yishun gv. really saved us alot of time and energy thanks to her!! LOVES! i re-energized myself in the car and we went to watch a movie.... then went home.

p.s. BABY CH C**! upon seeing my presents for him! your t**** really make everything i've done worthwhile :D

&sis, thanks for all the quarrels, fights and conversations, it makes me stronger. you're the trustworthy bridge between mum, dad and me, always trying to clear the misunderstandings among us while u stay firm.

went to korea and msia~ shall post some on my blog~ the rest are on facebook (:

GENTING

we were dam lucky tho we only played about 5 rides. cos we met a tour guide who bought extra tickets for the theme park and willing to sell it to us at $45 while the original price is $59 + dont need to join the long queue (: and guess whats the most fun part of it all~? fishing for ducks! we spent about RM$150 there trying to fish the biggest prize but these were what we won.

the person tending the stall was dam bast*rd. Actually eng hao caught a no-prize duck but he rang the bell signifying we won the biggest prize and we were all jumping in joy (esp me) when we realised that he bluffed us -.- basket. super malu (1)!!

&& we watch a 4D show. there's like piranas and snake wandering very close and suddenly a gust of air burst into my face of cos i scream lah! then end of show my cousins and ch told me they were frightened by me, not the show. malu (2)!!

After playing the outdoor and indoor theme park we wanted to watch movie (narnia) , so we bought the tickets and couldnt watch cos parents say 1.15am show is too late. so we sold the tickets like how the tour guide sold the theme park tickets to us that morning (: hehe~

next morning had dim sum at genting highland hotel (: super nostalgic

i think 8 days in korea is prolly my limit cos i super miss singapore food tho malaysia's was nicer and cheaper and eat liao become fatter xD but i dont mind a week in jeju island! i love that place and it's wind!

came back from korea! going genting tml with almost all of my relatives from my papa side(: its like altogether there's 1 bus and 4 cars going to genting all containing my relative xD *excited*
when i come back i feel like there's lots of catchup to do~ (not homework anymore but $$)i think i spent at least 2000+ for prom and korea trip

1)go find job
2)meet up with dwarfs (they didnt reply my msg sobs), art clique, yjclique, sg clique
3)take studio photos with family~ hopefully.
4)have my voice back :(

GRADUATION DAY (08/10/10)

im officially graduating from yishun junior college!
i tot that i dont really feel as sad as graduating from ytss, but when the video showed of us during orientation and all those, the two years of yjc does feel as long as the 4 yrs in ytss. many friendship developed in yjc life. i missed the basketball court the most =( second was the art dml, art studio and beethoven room. was talking to derrick, tQ and jon the other day in the bball court and was saying how we missed the days when all the ytss ppl came into yjc in a big grp and now everyone has their own friends. hais!

read out my classmates name to receive the graduation cert from our form teacher and i read liyana's name wrongly! ARGH! oh oh & i heard cheehao's name when its my turn LOL. dont know who is that idiot!

at amk mrt, so coincident that ch was in the train i was waiting for and so joined his class for pool. i really suck at it. lalala~ then went for dinner at pastamania with ch while his class ppl go k.

one of the scariest incident of my life!
mama drive me and ch to school cos sis wanna go later. it was kinda late alrdy for my mama so i rushed abit. then when i closed the car door, ch called me, so i turned and looked at him.
TO MY HORROR, he said, ''cx, your car door trapped my finger'' *calmly*!!!! i was soooooo freaking scared lah and tried to open the car door but it's stuck! then mama open it easily with a pull. now i know why in shows when people panic they die faster i.e. in zombie shows, when the characters tried to escape they panic and could not open the door and were killed (i thought they were retarded last time).
alright then baby was saved! i was dam scared that his finger will break (esp when he said it so calmly, as though telling me it's ok, slowly take your time to open the door, it's too late):'( CHOY. it must be very painful :( but anw, i was the one who cried after the whole incident (super scared & guilty!). mama laughed at me :( luckily he still can play bball after sch and dad applied medical oil for him cus his finger is dam swollen :((

it's been soooo long since i post about playing bball with friends!

there were me, SIS, louis, tQ, zhengrui, ck, yanhan, cheehao, drick, myn and later guanjie and eshawn playing. the full court match was damn fun+funny! drick keep laugh at me. haha in fact i find some of the things he said about my actions are really funny & im glad that most of my friends are not those who take the game with 2 girls on court so seriously. one of my happiest moments is playing bball with my dearest friends, bf and of cus my sis! i become very noisy and high when im on court (ermms~ except for competition)
i love playing with people who bring laughter to the court! seriously:D
i dont like playing with ppl who wanna win and take the game so seriously. like those who will give the jiao bin and say 'eh why like that also cannot score' , esp to girls. wth shoo lah. i dont mind if it's a joke(i will laugh or smile if i know u are joking. but if you see me/my sis staring at you when u say that, BEWARE)

NOTE:if it sounded bad when it comes out from your mouth, then dont joke. (i guess you know who you are) getting on my nerves nowadays. people tho reluctantly but still come and sit with you when see you alone. then when you've got more and more people siting with you after that, you ask the person get lost cos not enough space? wtf, i've never seen a person with such bad character in my life. i can list a whole list of irritating behavior of you. at first i thought that the year is ending, alevel is coming, shall not take things to heart and happily spend the rest of the year with everyone but no, you piss me off more and more often.

ohoh!!! after a tiring day of shopping, baking and eating, we played some card games AND OMG! it was the funniest game EVER when we tried calling each other by animal's sounds! the BEST part was that jon chose to imitate horse sound (when i thought he look like one alrdy)

went to watch vonyage de la vie at resorts world sentosa xD got free tickets from aunt.
i heard the tickets are ex (i think too ex). like $108? i still think breakout is nicer but this is definitely sth new to watch. it's like some circus performance with many breath-taking stunts. for example falling with only a rope around from like 2 storeys high. and a boy so flexible that he can b fitted into a box which comes with our new computer. and shooting a bow to activate the arrow causing a domino effect of i think 8 other arrows and the last arrow ending on the apple above his head. with no asistance or whatsoever. *scary!*

ohya tanya(she's really pretty)and dan are my long long distant relatives from England whom i played with when we were very young. they actually remembered that we played before ! OMG LOOK AT THEIR HEIGHT. although i know im short~ but she's 17 and he's 15. i didnt know that they will be taking their Alevels and Olevels too & they have much much more subjects to choose from, including psychology!

last week felt quite new, cause got asp! it's really not that bad+productive!
i think i will be staying school almost everyday after school^^
TUES went to watch 'despicable me' with weelun, nickman, siangwei and weiren! shocked me as they came to art room to persuade me go. kinda funny seeing that scene haha!
WED was art asp. its like super stress-free but learnt at the same time. while eating potato chips, chocolate pie,etc. which asp can u do that!? (:
THURS sat at the corner with philina at mrl. it's really the best spot in class. in our own world (attentively listening to everything taught) and eating cereal when she's scolding the class. hees~
FRI mr wong is a damn good physics teacher. not that mdm lim is not good, but he really has his way towards handling a big big group of students.
after that papa drive us to MOE tea session. the setting was really like a buffet with presentation in front and there were teachers situated in each table. i was separated from philina, yingling, peggy and marilyn. luckily i had mum with me^^ i was sitting with some RGS and ACI ppl who didnt take O level and i felt as if we were coming from different world. Learnt alot about scholarships and internship and being a teacher. and i was clearer about where i wanna to go in the future. the interaction was quite entertaining as we share our experiences. Though we were from schools that felt world's apart, we had a common interest, art (: that's quite cool eh? the heavy workload from art never make me feel regretful about taking the subject. it can be really fun.
for instance, ytd i was doing some experiment with the help of my mum and cheehao after studying haha! guess what it was. 'BATHING' and TAKING PHOTO OF MY DINOSAUR TOY AND OVEN-BAKED FIGURINES ME AND CH MADE. LOL it was kinda crazy.

sometimes i really hate studying when i just have to bury my head into the book even when relatives came to stay from m'sia/parents come home tired after a day's work,etc. after concentrating so much that i didnt know what's happening around me, when i look up & realised the changes around me (relatives have came have left, unsure of when will be the next and how much we will have change by then/how much older my parents looked or have became,etc ) i couldnt take it and just break down.

afew more months to go before my time will become 'longer'. there's so many things i wana do and catch up^^ still, for now, studies first! shall keep reminding myself to take a break and have fun once in awhile so that i will not lose myself!

first time feel the class spirit of 214 during pe-floorball!!! (:
it kinda made my day^^ heeeeee.

JESSIE BDAY CELEBRATION WAS SHORT BUT SWEEEEET !
went to her find her house with cheryl, shuyan and her bf to give her a surprise~

just finished interhouse basketball (LOST), tml maths module test and aq test, the day after tml quantum test!

super exhausted and still feeling quite unwell from the vigorous 'exercise'. it's been dammmmm long since i ran like that, thus the after-effects. LOL BUT MOST IMPTLY I HAD FUN!!!

celebrated baby's bday!

early early on 2may2010 went to sentosa underwater world! it's been very long since the both of us went there. :D there were many japanese! haha. saw many amazing underwater creatures so big! cant even fit the fish tank. && also the dolphins were cute!

ALMOST FORGT THE MOST EXCITING PART OF THE DAY=seeing others misfortunes LOL!

it was really funny.

a pair of angmoh couple sat infront of us on the tram and i guess they overshoot their stop and upon realization, the guy asked the girl to press the bell. but right after she pressed it, and turn around, the guy jumped off the tram, &we can practically see him hung in the air waving his arms and landed in a super amusing way! as for the girl, she just cont her journey as if she didnt know the guy. we had the clearest view of this whole incident compared to other passengers on the tram. our first reaction were worried & shock and when both of them alight, we burst into laughter & laughed all the way to the underwater world.

after underwater world was the beach! luckily the weather wasnt as bad as the past few days (raining) but was freaking hot. after-effects: burnt&in pain for 2 days. take photos again! then went to vivo to eat. while we were leaving, the no. of people coming to sentosa was scary.

ate at a restaurant called mussels sth & sat at a place with very nice view of the sea and sentosa.

sooooo romantic^^

back in yishun, papa brought us to kallang (fell aslp during the trip) and played at the arcade there. spent like $30 there i think. mostly at the bball machine. ch&me v.s. dad&sis haha WE WON! ate at bedok hawker. THE FOOD THERE WAS NICE!:D YUMMY. many variety and very crowded.

While feeding my growling stomach with brownie, a nasty-looking man walked hurriedly down the stairs with a dustbin and it didnt occur to me that i couldnt eat there until he signal for me to throw. my mum asked me why i look so tired so i told her about my memorable experience in school library, supposedly the most conducive studying environment in school. she was furious and wanted to ask him to apologise to me. but aiya forget it.. cus i dunno what i might do if he shout to my mama the same way he did to me today. & luckily for him my dad is not home yet. He seriously is the first to shout in my face.

i wouldnt stop going to the library cus the place is not his but more of the students'. i can always plug in to overcome his pollution. by writing something bad about someone from the school in my blog, im not afraid of letting it be seen. he dont give me the respect in the library, i dont respect him in my platform too. fair enough? if he dont respect the students, he will never get the respect he want.

really thankful for having a teacher like her.

today's post is on the art club visit to Han Sai Por exhibition last sat!
at first, her works seem complicated and difficult to comprehend but when she came to talk and explain about her work, we realised that the concept behind her works is very simple. Basically deforestation, extinction and transformation.
She started by telling us her childhood experiences: reminiscing about the first time she saw a fox when S'pore is still not so developed and how beautiful the fox was. Also, she compared how fighting fish looked like in the past and presently. Can see that she really misses her life in the past.

her work above and below talks about the trees in S'pore. Wonder if people has realised that our trees are not natural and planted in an orderly and neat manner?
In her work, her choice of material is steel and stone. On the stones, she craved shapes which can be recognised as trees while the trunk is made of steel. She is trying to portray by using stones, that trees are originally natural (by using the stones which is part of nature) and by using steel , which are man-made, showing the contrast and transformation of our trees as we develop.

the tall figure is a tree and tracing beneath it is a row of charcoal.

Above is actually a flower and the silver area is the bulk of the plant.

AND THIS! is about the burning down of trees(from the charcoal) for land and that same piece of land is also home for many animals. the bones in the middle naturally belong to those of the animals. Not that she used the bone but they are carved into the shape of bones using ermm granite? this is supposed to be an interactive work, inviting viewers to sit on the big pieces of charcoal.

some of the sketches that she did during her free time. She was actually a teacher in arts school and became a full time artist only at 50+ yrs old. She's 67 now if im not wrong.

These are corals, signifying their purest form by using white. yea they do not look like corals partially bcus han san por is an abstractionist and also when doing her works, she didnt refer to photos or pictures but done based on her imagination of how things looks like in her memory(: wow really shows how much she treasures her childhood memory.

The process of making her works were not easy at all... she needs big big and noisy machines to cut the rocks and granites and crane to lift her work up and positioned to a suitable position for her to work on. and of course, sadly, she doesnt have a factory in s'pore but in china. not that she's not attached to s'pore but due to land constraints and due to the noise pollution that s'poreans cannot stand. how considerate!

trees burnt and chopped off again. but expressed differently in each work. no wonder understanding artist's background is impt in sova!

thse are ferns! the textures on them very nice! she even brought along some small tools she used for the carving of the works. how nice!

Han Sai Por had some of her works displayed in Changi Airport and Esplanade. I was very curious about the location of her works. so i asked why not put in parks and reserves where it's more suitable for her themes. Sadly, her answer is, there are works in parks of OTHER countries but not s'pore. she tried asking some of the park management but they had intended to put in place other artworks/sculptures, and that, sometimes, even when you give something to people for free, they may not necessay accept. what a waste, i thought. Until then, when her work appears in most of the parks and reserves, i dont think she has achieved her intention yet. Really became quite emotional when i heard this.
like why not? This Singapore artist is in our A LEVEL syllabus, recognised by Cambridge. I cant think of a better artist that will be able bring up environmental issues as well as she did. We, teenagers, studied about her and we have friends and family to talk to about her work. Surely most of our parents had experienced what she had in their kampong lives in S'pore and that adds value to art. Its not about studying but appreciating. Not only will more people then be aware of issues like this, it can help us, the art students better in our sova. which other artist can access to us teenagers about environmental issues other than artists in our theory who talks about these issues. Get it? If we dont see art in our daily lives, art will evetually reside from our lives. Probably some day i might even forget what is art if i no longer study art and continue with art.

many activities during march holidays~

went to watch the korea dance troupe with dance club at esplanade. WTH DAMN NICE CAN!
girls and guys breakdancing, popping and the plot was the nicest of all! damn creative.
i think it's not so much of the dancing but the comedy and series of happening that they've instored for us. superd. like every few minutes interval u can hear audiences clapping loudly, laughing crazily. from our view, they are so small and yet able to convey their thoughts and emotions through actions so clearly. imagine how big their actions and how much they exaggerate their facial expressions. THE POPPER DAM COOL! he's the only one that couldnt do breaking. OHYA there's beatboxing too! I SO WANNA WATCH AGAIN! after that 30+ of us separated and a group of us went to takeaway what we wanted to eat and meet up 'opposite the bus stop where there's the stairs and on the stairs there's us'. jon repeated this dont know how many times to the different groups of people who bought different food. took alot of photos (all on facebook) i love my cca^^

this time's block test SUCK TO THE CORE!
not that the paper suck but i suck-.-
not that im not confident but i know very well i wouldnt do well, so i shall not deceive myself.
before i even started doing the paper i've already admitted to some of my teachers that i didnt study so that they will be mentally prepared when they mark my paper. LOL
the only thing im proud of and know i've tried to achieve for the best results is my art coursework.

very very very very first time feel so unprepared for examination. really.
maths: the day before study
physics: the day before memorise and try doing qns
art sova: the day before organise to read ( by the time i organize already time to slp)

what's worse is that i thought maths will be a KILLER paper meant to kill like the physics paper so i didnt study. but it didnt kill. so wasted!!!!!

lessons learnt:
1) DONT EVER PROCRASTINATE
2) cx, u should know that your memory is very bad so you should prepare more than how much others need to!
3) dont be tempted by drama/variety shows/etc- if you want to watch wait till a levels over watch till u sian.

i love cny in msia! though the fine is $100000 (i heard) for putting fireworks, ppl there dun let it spoil the atmosphere of cny. there were 7 police motorcycles and a number of police cars on patrol. after dance went shopping at bugis till 11 plus with jon, lu, ray, drick, xishi, yuding, tQ and ch!

sunday went to fly kite with family & ch at seletar reservoir! everyone! now is the best time to go kite flying be it with friends or family! it's damn exciting! my parents bought 4 kites! one for me, sis, wx and ch haha. sis de is a tiger face, so chio lo XD tsk tsk haha.
it's really damn cool when you see fathers running after their children's kite, afraid that if the kite is gone it will spoil their kid's mood haha. PARENTS RULE! my cousin sure lose 3kg after running after the kite that his 2 yrs old son let go of. But he didnt stop him from playing & in fact, he enjoyed doing this a little sth for him. awwww. of cus the son enjoy seeing the father run after his kite that he run after his father and fall into the green green grass with laughter^^
the other scenario you will see would be people lending strangers their kites to let them have the feel of it. Instead of being so arrogant that you've got a kite while others watch in envy, why not share the fun! (:

前几天，在新加玻，姑姑的家，我的姑姑一家都是有趣的人，尤其是我的姑丈。玩的时候，他像小孩子一样跟我们玩。我们错的时候，他就很凶很凶地骂我们。这是我从小对他的印象。他最有趣的地方是：在和我们在一起玩的时候，他会和我们一样疯，完全是没有大人的味道，只像个孩子王。他会和我们一起打屁，一起玩大老二（其实是他叫我们的），一起打篮球，一起猜是谁在放屁，等等。真的，现在要找到这样的家长不容易。他可以为了带我们出去玩而向老板请假。还有，在跟他一起看戏时，原本不好看的，都会变成好看。因为，他会一直在那边说，一直在那边比划，他在比划的样子，就真的很好笑。还有他总是有一大堆我们都没听过的故事。奇怪的是我们竟然也不会怀疑他的故事的真实性。我改天长大，当了爸爸一定也要像他这样甚至比他更好。*姑丈，我一定会超越你的*

omg, i feel touched for my dad, but that's seriously the truth. In fact, there's more to it ((: you only know when you meet him often(: unlike other adults, he dont keep any reputation at all, he can play more madly than anyone else. my mum always say he act blur but i think it's good in a sense isnt it? sometimes, we think that he's kiddy/immature when he plays but before we knew it, we joined him. on the other hand, my mama dont keep reputation when she talks to ppl of younger generation too. you feel like you are talking to a friend, it's very difficult to keep things from her. she's very good with words. abit naggy :P but who's mum & dad arent naggy? it's really their character (combined), their different ways of guidance, that makes my character today, and im surely proud of it.

i still rmb when im young, my dad plays with us alot, so when the playful dad gets angry with us, it's scarier than a dad who's always angry. get it? so my dad will do the beating & my mum is incharge of the aftermath. she will explain to us dad's action, that he dote us, and help us apply medicine, then we apologised to dad. happily ever after. play again haha. tsk tsk now i know that sometimes my mum is the mastermind who ask my dad beat us haha but i dun blame her, but thank her for her intelligent guidance. hmm i shall do that to my child next time too xD

siannn ! my voice still not back yet. sound so man......kena laughed ytd&today LOL! yinleng looked back at me as if she tot there's a new student in class when i talked.

what i call fate
ytd went to ray house study with baby, lu, mike, jon, joined by drick at night. when we reached, ray mama cook for us noooodles, then had fruits! after chiong-ing some qns, she cooked sausages, bread & ham for us^^ YUMS~ at around 6 plus all lose mood do homewrk go dota-.- i watched them play but still dont understand what is it about (my tots: gosh, are we living in the same world?) haha so watched spiderman & play lu's psp. so cool ray de tv on top de xD hai mi head stretched till tired. ch say i tv maniac lol~ abit nia haha. heng my mama know ray mama for like 20++ years then i can stay till dinner. heard them tok on the phone like damn informal haha so cool. really like so cool lah! one day they just met accidentally, went somewhr for tea chat chat talk about their kids & realise their kids are friends! *clap clap* somemore her child went to her friend's house before. WOAH. dramamama.
haha ray's mama is a very funny person, lose louis abit only xD louis still own. but within her funny words u can sense maturity&experience. unlike louis de! lalala~ it's really fate that we all end up sitting at the ray's dinning table & laughed till like that. hope they do well for their subpaper.
then went home with baby, mama cook for us eat again while we tell her about our day at ray's^^

haha if we really had fate, i wish that me's, sam's, ain's & yz's children will become friends too (probably called the giants then) :P they r friends not because of us but because of fate. like W-O-W.

HAPPY 2010!!!

it sucks to start a new year by losing my voice lol! so sad! my cousins went back to malaysia then my house damn quiet now without them *misses* but im glad that i spent 2 full days with them on 30th & 31st although i wasnt feeling very well.

30th:
went to east coast with sis, yvonne, sokyee, engjian, enghao, weiliang, huiqin, weixiang, weicong, led by mum&dad!
played frisbee with sis & enghao cus dont want so fast get wet.. but the rest were laughing n playing so madly in the water that we could not stand it n joined them! ((: super windy! dad was fishing while we were playing in the water and he made a new friend haha. then it started to drizzle. we did not panic like the other people looking for shelter. we just waited in the rain for the rain to stop before jumping into the sea again! :D we played monkey with me & weicong a team, sis n eh, ej n wx, yvonne n sy, wl n hq! wooo! ej & wx damn funny sia. they were guarding along the shore and the big waves keep splash them off their feet onto the ground HAHA! such a memorable sight xD as usual, i was the one laughing at everyone's funny actions. after that sent wx&wc back to bedok. we bball there awhile before going home.

31st:
woke up having flu from ytd's east coast trip. dad took leave again to bring cousins play before they go back msia(: we decided to go jurong swim^^ this time with sis, sokyee, engjian, enghao, weiliang, huiqin, led by mum, dad and god ma. baby told me 1st jan then return but he came back early, so papa asked him to join us^^ reached jurong, very paiseh wear swimsuit infront of him sia xD first went to the lazy river! then the yellow slide. wabiang choke on the water when i reached the bottom of the slide. YUCKS. anw, everyone did. haha CH ONLY TOLD EJ TO COVER HIS NOSE. BIAS! after that rent 4 of the floats which my dad, cousins & sis went to take the longest slide. ej dont dare so me&ch pei-ed him play lazy river then to the wave pool. haha poor ej shivering from the man made rain xD but damn fun. ch protected me & ej from being knocked by others' floats. awwww. me,sy, ch played the slides while the rest played in the other pool. ej&hq waited to laugh at us overturn when we reach the bottom of the slide. then the two groups joined again to sit on the floats. dad (bad guy) sneak attacked and overturned us when we were on our floats. you shld've seen the expressions on us when we spotted dad near us. (panic, anxious, 'omg' ) ch helped ej on his float while i helped sy & we tried overturning one another's float xD played in the wave pool again & couldnt find wl. dad acted as if he's in the middle of a thunderstorm in the sea & shouted to us ''in this strong wind and big waves how can we find wl?!'' LOL. then one of my cousins played along with him & said ''let's give up the search'' -.- haha bathed went home fetch godpa and grandma & went to sembawang beach.

we waited for 12am & watched the fireworks opposite (in msia) the atmosphere was great, when people shouted ''happy new year'' haha after that we played the many crackers leftover from mooncake festival. then there was this family drinking beer sitting on the stairs behind us watching us play & reminded us to be careful not to kena them (we nodded)
BUT , i guess they were out to quarrel, and shouted arrogantly saying that someone threw the cracker on his head...like wth...then he just blindly pointed at one of my cousin and accused him.god pa who was beside my cousin was damn angry with his arrogant behaviour, accusing a kid when the cracker was still in his hand luh-.-crazy fellow.

crazy fellow`that kid hit my head! dont anyhow play lah! play properly! dangerous leh blah blah`
godpa`he said he didnt alrdy right`
crazy fellow`but got hit my head`

ya lo! could be tree branches hit him luh. he still bent down and search on the sand. diaos we were playing there of cus he can find leftovers there luh.

LOL (come to think of it the wife is the craziest xD)
not wanting to hear them bark, we walked off.

sis`good dog dont block way` (as they were sitting on stairs)
me`new year quarrel wat sia` (throw the crackers' rubbish behind me, towards them, as they watched our backs)
that's not the end! the crazy fellow brought along his beer bottle and followed us. his friend quickly followed behind him.
godpa was all ready for a fight lols.

crazy fellow was like a head shorter than godpa lol-.- while they were quarreling he was looking up-.- wonder if his head aches xD my dad and crazy fellow's friend pulled them back. wah first time see the smiley godpa so dam fierce. i heard fr dad that the crazy fellow was drunk and his fren shook hand with dad. went to mac eat & sent baby back to serangoon home ((: haha memorable day & night. cousins were all saying it was memorable thx to the crazy fellow.
reached home at 3 am and this morning woke up at 8am to sent them off.

really happy that i had given my time to my cousins to play with them these few days cus we nv know when's the next time we will gather like this again. we will have our own things to busy with, but when we think of one another, hopefully there will be enough memories to last a life time.

after that dad sent me to khatib to look for baby and sent us to mrt. we went to causeway point to watch 'Alvin & the chipmunks' !!! theodore damn cute lah! oh before that, the Q damn long luh~ Q for around 45 mins sia! heng gt the tickets.

after that bought choco& went home. baby played cards with us until midnight then go home^^

thanks to the choco got sore throat today and fall at my own home! damn suay today sia~ summre baby going msia also..HAIS!

ytd is CHRISTMAS EVE~~!
so MERRY CHRISTMAS EVERYONE! ((: hoho xD

ok~ ytd was a veryyyy interesting day^^
12.30pm supposed to meet kuan wai to get her calculus answers. then we were both alil late. ah shucks while i was rushing 811 came! the only bus that i cannot take to np~ oh yay! behind was my bus. so while smsing her, i walked past 811 and caught somebody waving vigorously at me! the person is kuan wai~ hahaha then she quickly pass me her paper thru the back door of the bus & i jump and caught it! haha damn cool right!?!?! so coincident! so funny~ omg my life is soo interesting tsk tsk.

after that went to scs eat ajisen ramen and shopped awhile with babyy(: he chose one hairband for me and bought a cute carebear for me on the spot! lovessss~ make me so paiseh haha. then bought my cousin's prezzie! ohya and i tried eating baby octopus! arrrr >.<

then papa bring us go take things from babyy's mama then went to compass point to meet louis, ray, mike, derrick, xishi and tQ. met up with jon, jalean and felicia at the condo's bbq pit. went to the toilet for awhile then the lights went off itself. so scary! heng i jus went in then quickly ran out~ after that felicia went with me again haha realised she is damn daring since young.
played daidi, then cheat (i won without cheating xD lalala) then murderer. haha damn funny.
while they were bbQing , i've got tummy ache so was sitting at the bench with babyy most of the time. NOT EMO HOR. mike cook de chicken wings very nice (gt additional ingredient like alcohol, mashmallow, cocktail) ! tQ played with the lighter and did some interesting stuff with it (fire on his hand!). damn cool haha xishi wanted to try but was stopped by drick haha. after that went to the balcony to exchange gifts at 12am~ lulu got jon's present (again) but this time not cuttlefish haha. i've got derrick's present~ THANKS((:
while the rest stayed overnight, papa sent me & babyy home~ babyy gave me another present (: and i gave him his! :D THANK YOU!

watched 'princess and the frog' with baby after dance at amk hub!

in the show there's this good friends, a firefly and an alligator, called raymond and louis respectively! damn cool lah! hahaha we laughed when we heard them introduce themselves xD

although it's only 3 months, almost everyday has been memorable to me & im glad that u r always beside me for me to count on^^ sometimes things just does not go the way we wanted it to be but as long as u r with me, i feel that no matter what happen we can get through it((: we still have a long long way to go baby!!

then~ today went to watch 'a christmas carol' with sis, cousins and ch at tampines! cus only there and vivo got 3d. hmm~ not say very nice leh.. the ang moh quite difficult to understand too.. BUT I LIKE THE 3d SNOW! i wan experience playing in snow sia.. like very nice. if can i also wan experience autumn, as well as spring in japan! haha after that played bball again..guys vs girls. walao almost die thanks to alistair & ch's teamwork..kelly de intercept gooooood! shes the tallest among us, got height advantage. BUT PLS DONT KILL URSELF. very dangerous xD

ah shyt i forgt to see the artwork's title.
me and philina spotted this bookshelf and decided to find out why is it so messily arranged.
to our horror surprise, when we lookdown, it goes way deep deep down like ENDLESS. scary sia, summore im afraid of heights. i almost screamed. how deep is it sia. then philina took out her hp to take photo. then i saw somebody's hand below and stretch my neck to see if it's someone from downstairs taking picture of it too. BUT! to my horror! it's philina's hand-.- its a mirror. everything is an illusion-.-
